Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelsTeam platform, including our website at reelsteam.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ReelsTeam ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Connecticut, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ReelsTeam, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@reelsteam.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Credits and Payments

ReelsTeam operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate videos and AI ReelReps. The following terms apply:

• Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire.
• Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and roll over up to the limit specified in your plan.
• Credits are non-refundable once used to generate content.
• Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions are forfeited at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All charges are in US dollars.

4. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

ReelsTeam uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts, voiceovers, and visual content. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it. This includes but is not limited to:

• Vehicle details such as price, mileage, year, make, model, and trim
• Feature descriptions and specifications
• Any claims made in the video script or voiceover

ReelsTeam does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content. We strongly recommend that you verify all material facts before using any generated video in a professional or commercial context. You assume full responsibility for the content you publish.

5. ReelRep and Likeness — Important Restrictions

A "ReelRep" is an AI-generated video avatar used to represent you in listing videos. The following rules apply to all ReelReps created on our platform:

• Self ReelReps: You may only upload your own photo and record your own voice when creating a self ReelRep. You must be the person depicted.
• Custom AI ReelReps: When creating a ReelRep from a text description, the resulting AI-generated image must not be intended to replicate, impersonate, or closely resemble any real, identifiable person without their explicit written consent.
• You may not use ReelsTeam to create avatars that impersonate, defame, or misrepresent any individual, public figure, celebrity, or other person.
• You may not use ReelsTeam to create content that violates any person's right of publicity or privacy.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate commercial real estate or vehicle sales marketing

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content you provide (photos, voice recordings). By submitting content to ReelsTeam, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use that content solely to provide the Service to you.

AI-generated videos produced using your content are owned by you, subject to these Terms. ReelsTeam retains all rights in the platform, software, models, and underlying technology.

8. Content Removal and Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@reelsteam.com.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELSTEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReelsTeam harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
