• Profile photo and voice recording: used to create your ReelRep avatar
• Vehicle listing data: year, make, model, price, mileage, features, and images you submit to generate videos
• Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card number
• Communications: messages you send to our support team

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, videos generated, and time spent on the Service
• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to maintain your session and improve the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate AI listing videos and ReelRep avatars on your behalf
• Process payments and manage credits
• Send transactional emails (video completion notices, receipts, account updates)
• Respond to support requests
• Improve and develop the Service
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), fal.ai (AI video generation), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), and Vercel (hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ReelsTeam, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: If ReelsTeam is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Your Photo and Voice Data

Your profile photo and voice recording are sensitive biometric-adjacent data used exclusively to create your ReelRep avatar. We store these securely and use them solely to generate videos on your behalf. We do not share this data with third parties except as required to provide the video generation service (fal.ai and ElevenLabs). You may delete your photo and voice data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored to allow you to download them, and are retained until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@reelsteam.com.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
